Your skilled chef can prepare everything from snacks to five-course meals, and is as happy to cook ayam betutu (a special Balinese chicken dish) as Mexican burritos. There’s a suggestion menu of Balinese, Indonesian and western dishes, but he’s also willing to accommodate special requests – even buffets for up to 20 people.
The villa’s food and beverage service is operated on a cash basis. Staff will request a cash float/deposit when you arrive to cover all your in-villa food and drinks, and ask for top-ups every few days, or when necessary. To allow the kitchen staff time to shop and prepare, it’s necessary to order in advance – either the evening before (for special requests) or at breakfast time each day. Provisions are charged at cost (plus 20%++ surcharge) and receipts will be provided for an end-of-stay reckoning.
